Lessons in Collaborative Leadership from the Baseball Diamond. 

Breaking barriers shaped my approach to team success. Throughout my career, I have seen the tangible benefits of a collaborative approach to leadership. My journey from the first girl to play little league baseball in my hometown to a leader in the workplace has been defined by the principles of collaborative leadership. By fostering an environment of trust, openness, and high performance, I have helped build cohesive teams that exceed expectations and adapt to changing circumstances. What began as a challenge to tradition has become a lifelong commitment  to unity and empowerment. Whether on the field or in the office, my approach remains steadfast: bringing people together, valuing every perspective, and moving forward as one. It is not only the foundation of my leadership philosophy but also the legacy I strive for with every team I build.
